About the event
Fun & Friendly Dance Taster with Chris of Ballet4Life
The session will start with some simple classical Ballet Barre Work to get warmed up, placed and prepared. Then the dance exercises will develop into some more invigorating Contemporary Dance movements standing without a Ballet Barre, then adding some free style movement exercises and dancing, ending up with some creative tasks and basic partnering work.
